Stress Management Coaching Program

4 weeks, from November 9 to 30, 2022

Feeling freagin stressed-out?!


Working as a massage therapist and yoga teacher, I see a lot of stressed-out individuals this time of year.  Let's be honest, it's hard managing the kids and school, their busy schedule and yours too, COVID, working from home, colder weather, homework…it's non-stop!


I decided to setup this coaching program on stress management to support you in developing an almost stress-free lifestyle (almost because some stress is good.)

Why?  It's to help you build a routine so you don't have to think about it, you just do it (yes, I stole Nike's slogan here!)


As your coach, I accompany you through this to successfully reduce your stress.

My goal is to help you discover how stress affects you – because everyone reacts differently. Once we figure that out, then we can develop strategies to manage your stress short, medium and long term.


We’ll talk about the effects of stress on your body, your mental health and how it affects your sleep, your focus and your mood.  Because everyone reacts differently to stress.


We’ll explore and practice different techniques that can seem out there ☺ but that are backed up by research and science! Some of these techniques can be used as short as 2 minutes, others can be as long as you want.


We’ll talk about the Japanese concept of Forest Bathing, integrating meditation while you walk, using the Mudras technique during a Teams Meeting, breathing exercises you can do you can while you drive.


We’ll practice too. The goal is for you to have tools that can be used quickly and efficiently, anytime, anywhere.


This is a pilot project of 4 weeks. 


WHEN:  Every Wednesday nights, from November 9 to the 30th at 7:30p.  

HOW LONG:  We meet for 1 hour per week

WHERE:  We meet virtually - via ZOOM

WHO:  A small group of like minded folks

WHAT ELSE:  I will also support you virtually throughout the program.  Because accountability helps you succeed.

AND WHAT ELSE:  The program is also offered 1:1 if you don't want to be part of a small group.


The price of the program is only $110 (taxes incl.) for 4 weeks – it will go up in the new year! It’s not expensive because it’s a pilot – I ask for your feedback in return to fine tune and improve for the next co-hort.
